Dr. Virk Is extremely knowledgeable. And very patient what I find to be disturbing and I know it’s not the doctors but the insurance company is behind them is that they’re only allotted 15 minutes per visit for that particular visit. So, You can only go with your original issue during that appointment. It’s very frustrating and you feel unheard. This is no reflection on the doctor.

I logged in for a 10 o’clock Tele visit at 9:45 as I was told to do I waited till 1030. No one ever came on when I called the office. I was greeted by a rude person who said you just have to wait until she calls you, I waited and waited. I never got a phone call. I had to go to the urgent care because I wasn’t in pain and didn’t want to wait anymore, finally got a phone call at 4 PM. Have had bad experience from the first day. No one reaches out with results of my urinalysis. An appointment to the neurologist was wrongly scheduled back to the Primary when I had already been there that Morning. Do not recommend this experience to anyone. I tried this as a new place and turned out to be worse than where I was before. I am reading it one star because I don’t have a choice to rate it minus stars

It was wonderful to meet her. She handled my prescription needs promptly. As I explained to her, I will probably see her soon as I intend to schedule my next appointment with Dr. Naik soon. I found her to be very professional and courteous.

Dr Naik is a great family doctor! My whole family has Dr Naik for our primary care giver. He is also a dermatologist! Very professional and listens.

Even though I am giving a five star review, which I whole heartedly; in the future, because I didn’t know the apparent severity of my review with your office and my overall experience, in the future, please do not send multiple requests multiple times over, it’s obscenely obnoxious, respectfully. But to reel it back in Dr. Butler is an amazing individual, woman, medical, professional, and role model. Not only is she restorative in the practice of physical medicine, but also, she has very tight knit. Intuitive conversations with her patients as if they were a family, at least from my experience. Truthfully, it allowed me to almost event unintentionally and express myself uncensored, especially because she was initially a stranger. I appreciate her, and I also appreciate, if I am not messing up her title, nursing assistant/nurse, DANIELLE. Not only was she very efficient, many nurses beforehand, and struggled to find my veins because they’re thin but what DANIELLE did was instead of taking the band off of my arm to draw the blood and she left the band on so that my vein in State pronounced in the blood flow. And that was the very first time that anyone had thought of that. No only that just so happen to live in adjacent cities right on top of each other. We don’t live there anymore. I believe we both live in the same city now a distance away; but overall, I am very impressed with the office in YouTube add in another fact, I had another appointment already said a month prior to with another office, but because I was in a rush at the time, I forgot to write down where the office is located and I couldn’t find it so the day of that I was supposed to have my appointment. I ended up just finding Dr. Butler on Zocdoc, and it turned out to be a blessing, humbly.

Very organized office. More time with Dr Virk who really listens. That’s almost impossible to find in todays world.

I experienced a medical issue that needed immediate attention and NP Virk went above and beyond to ensure I received the care I needed. I must also mention the friendly and supportive nursing staff who kept me calm when I was experiencing anxiety. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that I had the proper resources to address my issue. Thank you!

Dr. Chua listened to me and asked good questioned. He didn't jump to conclusions and got me a referral for a ultrasound that day.

The first time we worked with Dr Chua was in a phone consult, and I knew I would refer him to family and friends. He is knowledgeable and kind and stepped in when our primary care physician was not available. Yesterday we were able to secure a video appointment. He is a very helpful doctor and set a plan for us to move forward with care. I am setting up appointments for both my son and husband to be under his care. Dr. Chua and I are new to one another and I’m pleased that he has accepted the request to be my primary care physician especially after being thrown in to a critical time of my health care.

First time meeting Dr Amarga as my primary was booked and I needed a sick visit. She was very nice and I didn’t feel rushed. Best part was that I was in and out in 15mins unlike my 2 hour urgent care visit last week which was a waste of time. I would ask for her again in the future but can’t really speak to her medical knowledge as I just needed antibiotics.

Dr. Chua listened as well as questioned me regarding what I was experiencing medically. He treated me with respect and explained possibly treatments, why and why not specific treatments would work and advised of their side effects. I respected Dr. Chua's thought process and chose the best course of action for me at this time. He advised me when to call back should I not feel better and what to look for in the meantime.

I liked the doctor. I had a good experience with all medical professionals. However, having to deal with the central service number to wait for call backs is miserable. Why can’t you provide #’s to the offices themselves? It wastes so much time.

He doesn't talk down to me, which is a welcome trait, of course. I plan to stay with him for as long as I can. Conversely, many doctors only see me once before I seek a new professional.

Dr Chia was very sympathetic. He suggested the next steps I needed. Scheduled an immediate appointment for X-rays. He called me back just as I got home and reported want was found.
