The only of the doctor that is so caring and takes time with the patient is my primary doctor. Now I have Dr Momen. She is very caring and takes time with me. She also notices other issues that I have going on like my breathing and she takes care of it before she allows me to even speak. She is an angel sent from Heaven.

Had to wait about 40 minutes before being seen but once the appointment started, Ms Nelson took all the time that I needed to discuss the problems that I was having. She is very personable, approachable, and doesn't seem rushed during the appointment.

There are no words that can express my gratitude and apperception for Dr. Rachna Hotchandaini. She is a class act, sharp, intelligent, patent and kind. For years I've had an ongoing issue, she evaluated my x-rays, consulted with me and came up with a plan of action. Her brother is my primary care doctor, together they make a great team. Oddly enough I have an appointment with their father later this month. What an extraordinary family!

Dr. Momen is not only a really good MD but she is also very nice and caring. She takes the time to explain and clear all health doubts or concerns. The only thing I would say is that is would be nice if the staff would check that all labs are back before asking to confirm appointment. I have had 2 appointments where we were not able to still determine condition and treatment due to lack of lab results. Not only I am located far from the doctor's office but I also have to pay for both appointments and still need to go back.

Dr. Chandani has provided care for our family for many years, and is a very caring, competent physician. He takes into consideration the whole person when dealing with patients, and explains his observations very well. His communication skills are excellent.

Two hours late to our visit, not apologetic, and acted as if I was an inconvenience. Would not recommend. This is not reflective of all doctors with this group, have had other very nice experiences with other practitioners.

it has been some time since I found a provider who really heard my concerns and validated me. She was helpful beyond belief and put me back on the right track for a healthy life.

Dr Momen is the most attentive and knowledgeable Doctor I’ve ever met with. She’s spends as much time with patients as needed (this does mean the wait time is longer at the end of day but it’s very worth the wait). Dr Momen not only give treatment but explains why that treatment is appropriate for you.

My initial consultation experience with Dr Momen was significantly better than I could have reasonably expected. Dr Momen was very thorough and thoughtful during our discussion regarding the issues I have been experiencing. After her assessment, she clearly explained what she believed may be factors causing my condition and detailed a course of action to follow. I was extremely pleased with this initial visit and positive experience with Dr Momen.

she shows concerns; she gives you and explains the plan she has for you, she takes the time to LISTEN no matter what your situation is....she helps you get through whatever you need medically wise, if it was not for her and my primary, fighting for me to have these tests done...when Workman's Comp doctors REFUSED or DENYED my tests - reports- PT....she is fighting for me....same tests that were denied are now being taken care of....I can say 100 % this neurologist knows exactly what she is doing....I would refer anyone looking for a neurologist she is great....

Doctor was very knowledgable and professional. However the office misscheduled me so I had to be turned away at the door and received a new appointment at a different location. The office gave me the wrong address and I was left searching a complex for the right location. The information system had technical difficulties that caused delays mid-appointment. The office failed to send my prescription information to the pharmacy, so I had to visit 4 times before receiving my antibiotic. What should have been a very simple appointment wasted most of one day, part of a second day, and half a tank of gas.

The doctor was excellent and so was the staff. My only concern right now is the administrative side. They had trouble finding my insurance, and then, a prescription was supposed to be called in five days ago, but my pharmacy still says they haven't received it. So, we'll see.

My review has nothing to do with Dr. Chandani, it has everything to do with your billing department, in January you charged me $435.00 dollars with no explanation and only an email saying thank you for your payment, when I asked for an itemized receipt you sent me the same email saying thank you for your payment! This action caused my bank account to go into overdraft which cost another $125.00 dollars on top of the $435 you took, you can’t tell me that it’s for copayments that were missed because you had my debit card on file which is also how you took the $435. Dollars in the first place!

I'd give 5 stars to Elizabeth on my last visit. I feel compelled to give only 4 because with my prior visit a lipid panel was not run on my blood work. Givon Shayevitz is the most thorough of practitioners. He spends quality time with his patients, listening intently. It really was the first time I didn’t feel like a number. I've been battling migraines for the last 5 or 6 years. In Recent years they increased to 4 or 5 times a week. I was referred to Dr. Momen who managed to pin point the root cause within the first visit. A few months later and I am rarely getting migraines, it has improved my quality of life drastically and I am extremely thankful. I only wish I had been referred sooner.

The most unprofessional, incompetent group I have ever encountered. I had a telephone -visit scheduled for 10:45 am. to go over my test results with someone other than my primary care doctor. Apparently, the doctor is too busy to speak with his patients. I had to call at 10;40 because they never sent me a link. I was supposed to be the next patient. I waited 45 minutes on the phone. Apparently they have no respect for their patients’s time. Only their time is valuable. I called the office and expressed my dissatisfaction with their office. I was told Ms. Nelson would call me back. Still waiting for a call back. Over the summer I saw my primary doctor in the practice because I was very sick and i am prone to respiratory infections. I had congestion, a bad cough, difficulty breathing and an on again off again fever. He never did an x-ray and told me to boil a pot of water, breathe it in and it would loosen the congestion in my chest. After 2 days and getting worse I went to an urgent care. They listened to me explain my symptoms, examined me and immediately sent me for an x-ray. I had walking pneumonia. Last week’s annual physical was another shameful experience. It was obvious the doctor had not taken the time to review my chart before coming into the exam room. He did apologize. In as much as I appreciated his acknowledgment and apology, I no longer have any confidence in this practice to handle my health and well being.

As I have experienced in the past, my visit with Given was fruitful and valuable. He is knowledgeable about the concerns/factors which I bring to our conferences, and he suggests solutions from which I may benefit. His thoroughness and attention to detail build confidence which for me contributes to the overall success of his treatment. He is also willing to discuss information I accrue from my personal research, and which has bearing on my issues. For this I am grateful and contributes to my overall satisfaction. He is an excellent physician.

Dr. Ippili offered excellent service and communication. She was very thorough and did not make me feel rushed or unheard in any way shape or form. She is an excellent Doctor and primary care physician.
