Givon Shayevitz is the most thorough of practitioners. He spends quality time with his patients, listening intently. It really was the first time I didn’t feel like a number. I've been battling migraines for the last 5 or 6 years. In Recent years they increased to 4 or 5 times a week. I was referred to Dr. Momen who managed to pin point the root cause within the first visit. A few months later and I am rarely getting migraines, it has improved my quality of life drastically and I am extremely thankful. I only wish I had been referred sooner.

The most unprofessional, incompetent group I have ever encountered. I had a telephone -visit scheduled for 10:45 am. to go over my test results with someone other than my primary care doctor. Apparently, the doctor is too busy to speak with his patients. I had to call at 10;40 because they never sent me a link. I was supposed to be the next patient. I waited 45 minutes on the phone. Apparently they have no respect for their patients’s time. Only their time is valuable. I called the office and expressed my dissatisfaction with their office. I was told Ms. Nelson would call me back. Still waiting for a call back. Over the summer I saw my primary doctor in the practice because I was very sick and i am prone to respiratory infections. I had congestion, a bad cough, difficulty breathing and an on again off again fever. He never did an x-ray and told me to boil a pot of water, breathe it in and it would loosen the congestion in my chest. After 2 days and getting worse I went to an urgent care. They listened to me explain my symptoms, examined me and immediately sent me for an x-ray. I had walking pneumonia. Last week’s annual physical was another shameful experience. It was obvious the doctor had not taken the time to review my chart before coming into the exam room. He did apologize. In as much as I appreciated his acknowledgment and apology, I no longer have any confidence in this practice to handle my health and well being.

As I have experienced in the past, my visit with Given was fruitful and valuable. He is knowledgeable about the concerns/factors which I bring to our conferences, and he suggests solutions from which I may benefit. His thoroughness and attention to detail build confidence which for me contributes to the overall success of his treatment. He is also willing to discuss information I accrue from my personal research, and which has bearing on my issues. For this I am grateful and contributes to my overall satisfaction. And very patient what I find to be disturbing and I know it’s not the doctors but the insurance company is behind them is that they’re only allotted 15 minutes per visit for that particular visit. So, You can only go with your original issue during that appointment. It’s very frustrating and you feel unheard. This is no reflection on the doctor.

I logged in for a 10 o’clock Tele visit at 9:45 as I was told to do I waited till 1030. No one ever came on when I called the office. I was greeted by a rude person who said you just have to wait until she calls you, I waited and waited. I never got a phone call. I had to go to the urgent care because I wasn’t in pain and didn’t want to wait anymore, finally got a phone call at 4 PM. Have had bad experience from the first day. No one reaches out with results of my urinalysis. An appointment to the neurologist was wrongly scheduled back to the Primary when I had already been there that Morning. Do not recommend this experience to anyone. I tried this as a new place and turned out to be worse than where I was before. I am reading it one star because I don’t have a choice to rate it minus stars

It was wonderful to meet her. She handled my prescription needs promptly. As I explained to her, I will probably see her soon as I intend to schedule my next appointment with Dr. Naik soon. I found her to be very professional and courteous.

Even though I am giving a five star review, which I whole heartedly; in the future, because I didn’t know the apparent severity of my review with your office and my overall experience, in the future, please do not send multiple requests multiple times over, it’s obscenely obnoxious, respectfully. But to reel it back in Dr. Butler is an amazing individual, woman, medical, professional, and role model. Not only is she restorative in the practice of physical medicine, but also, she has very tight knit. Intuitive conversations with her patients as if they were a family, at least from my experience. Truthfully, it allowed me to almost event unintentionally and express myself uncensored, especially because she was initially a stranger. I appreciate her, and I also appreciate, if I am not messing up her title, nursing assistant/nurse, DANIELLE. Not only was she very efficient, many nurses beforehand, and struggled to find my veins because they’re thin but what DANIELLE did was instead of taking the band off of my arm to draw the blood and she left the band on so that my vein in State pronounced in the blood flow. And that was the very first time that anyone had thought of that. No only that just so happen to live in adjacent cities right on top of each other. We don’t live there anymore. I believe we both live in the same city now a distance away; but overall, I am very impressed with the office in YouTube add in another fact, I had another appointment already said a month prior to with another office, but because I was in a rush at the time, I forgot to write down where the office is located and I couldn’t find it so the day of that I was supposed to have my appointment. I ended up just finding Dr. Butler on Zocdoc, and it turned out to be a blessing, humbly.

Very caring Dr.Not being my primary care dr and I needed to see my pcp by the end of day.Scheduled to have surgery on Monday.Received call from surgeon secretary that I need to see my pcp by today because pre-op labs came back abnormal and I need to start an antibiotic by today or I can’t go for surgery.My pcp refused to see me because he didn’t have openings but Dr Chua was willing to see me knowing my situation.
